




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage the full recruitment and selection cycle for personnel—from posting job openings to onboarding new employees—supporting human resources management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the full recruitment and selection cycle for personnel. 2. Collaborates in updating job descriptions and recruitment sources. 3. Conducts assessments and interviews to ensure suitable talent. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduates and/or Bachelor's degree holders in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in personnel recruitment and selection. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel. * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Familiarity with job boards and various recruitment sources; competency-based selection techniques. * In-depth knowledge of personnel selection techniques. * Experience managing social media platforms. FUNCTIONS: * Draft and publish personnel job postings on recruitment channels as required, efficiently managing our internal job databases for selection purposes. * Analyze resumes to verify candidates' compliance with stated requirements. * Conduct telephone screenings to assess applicants' eligibility and schedule interviews. * Evaluate applicants to ensure they possess the desired competencies required to perform the job functions. * Manage complete documentation and deliver the full employee file to Human Resources. * Carry out the onboarding process for new employees. * Update and propose new recruitment sources and partnerships. * Prepare reports and progress updates on hiring processes. * Manage necessary documentation for hiring new employees. * Prepare reports requested by management regarding recruitment and selection activities. * Propose and update job descriptions as needed. CONDITIONS: Availability to work in the Callao district. Immediate availability. Formal payroll from day one. MYPE-regime employment contract. Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month.
