




Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Collections Assistant with strong follow-up skills and a results-oriented mindset to manage the accounts receivable portfolio. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the accounts receivable portfolio and tracks payments. 2. Negotiates payment commitments and ensures their fulfillment. 3. Collaborates in improving collection processes and preparing reports. Responsibilities: * Manage the accounts receivable portfolio (current and overdue). * Conduct follow-ups according to policies (emails, phone calls, and formal communications). * Negotiate payment commitments and ensure their fulfillment. * Record payments and perform account reconciliations. * Identify critical accounts and propose recovery actions. * Prepare collection reports and key performance indicators. * Coordinate with Accounting and Sales departments for validations. * Follow up on disputed invoices. * Support improvements in collection processes. * Perform other administrative tasks. Requirements: * Degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in collections. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Conditions: * Salary: S/1500.00 to S/1800.00 (based on evaluation). * Work location: El Agustino (two blocks from Puente Santa Anita). * Employment modality: On-site. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Formal employment under MYPE payroll (benefits according to applicable labor regime). Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,800.00 per hour Work location: On-site employment
