Job Summary: We are seeking staff for the housekeeping department to perform cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and common areas. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth and continuous training **SM Hotel & Bussines Av Universitaria 848, San Miguel.** **We are currently looking for housekeeping staff to join our team!** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Daily cleaning and tidying of rooms and bathrooms * Changing bed sheets, towels, and replenishing amenities * Restocking minibar items and courtesy supplies * Inspecting the general condition of rooms * Cleaning hotel common areas * Reporting damages or malfunctions (electrical, plumbing, furniture, etc.) * Verifying proper operation of equipment and accessories * Delivering additional guest-requested items * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or related fields (desirable) * Candidates with strong motivation to learn and work are also welcome * Must be of legal age * Responsible, punctual, and organized * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn * Ability to work effectively in a team * Commitment to the hotel's cleaning and service standards BENEFITS: * Positive work environment * Opportunity for growth and career progression * Continuous training * Weekly day off * Stable employment Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent Work Modality: On-site Work Location: On-site employment
