We are currently seeking a **Human Resources Intern**, focused on talent management, organizational climate and culture. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, with courses or diplomas in Human Talent Management. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and labor laws is desirable. **SKILLS OR COMPETENCIES:** * Negotiation * Observant * Service quality * Punctuality * Loyalty **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Post job vacancies (Indeed, Mintra, Municipalities, CompuTrabajo, others) to achieve hiring objectives. * Update applicant backup files to ensure proper control, tracking of job boards, and analysis. * Conduct applicant evaluations to verify compliance with the MOF and internal process policies. * Make informational calls to applicants to outline company benefits and schedule interviews. * Submit application files of pre-selected candidates for the hiring process. * Update new employee documents according to the checklist to ensure order during any inspection or audit. * Monitor and evaluate personnel undergoing probationary periods. * Support induction training programs for RIT and SST to ensure compliance. **WE OFFER:** * *MYPE Regime* (15 days of vacation, ESSALUD) * *Monthly Payments – Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1,130.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
