Position Summary: Social Work professional to strengthen the socio-labor relationship and manage welfare and social intervention programs, promoting the organizational vision. Key Highlights: 1. Strengthening the socio-labor relationship through welfare programs. 2. Implementation of social awareness and mobilization programs. 3. Management of insurance policies and recovery of ESSALUD subsidies. At **HTM Outsourcing**, on behalf of our client **RENADSA**, (who maintain an active commitment to environmental management and sustainability. As part of this commitment, the organization is implementing the Peru Carbon Footprint initiative, promoted by the Ministry of the Environment (MINAM), aimed at measuring, verifying, and progressively reducing greenhouse gas emissions associated with our operations. Seeking to integrate this commitment into its organizational culture, promoting the conscious participation of our employees in more efficient and sustainable operational practices). We are seeking a professional in **Social Work**. * Whose **primary function** is to contribute to strengthening the socio-labor relationship with workers through the implementation of various welfare and social intervention programs designed for awareness and mobilization, aiming to align the human group with the organization's vision and engage them in advancing it. * Timely administration of the company's insurance policies: EPS, Life Law Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance—including enrollments, terminations, issuance of certificates, and renewals—as required, in constant coordination with the insurance broker. * Carry out the appropriate procedures for the timely recovery of subsidies from the corresponding ESSALUD Economic Benefits Agency. Applicants must be licensed and/or registered Social Work professionals with a **minimum of three (3) years of experience in this position and in subsidy recovery**.
