Position Summary: Analyze, control, and manage PPA and cafeteria inventories, ensuring stock accuracy and proper merchandise valuation, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and cost control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive control and management of inventories and merchandise at the food plant. 2. Decision-making to optimize operational efficiency and cost control. 3. Interdepartmental coordination to reduce inventory discrepancies. **Job Description** ---------------------- Control and safeguard the value of merchandise at the food plant. Analyze, control, and manage PPA and cafeteria inventories through cyclic counts, physical inventories, adjustments, shrinkage, discrepancies, and distortions, ensuring stock accuracy and proper merchandise valuation. Support coordination and execution of the overall inventory for the production plant and cafeterias. Coordinate with Operations, R\+D, and Inventory Control departments, ensuring adherence to established procedures and reduction of inventory discrepancies. Timely decision-making to support the company’s operational efficiency and cost control. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * University graduates and/or technical professionals in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Processes, or related fields. * Experience in Logistics within a Distribution Center (preferably a Food Plant). * Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate \- Advanced). * Knowledge of WHS, PMM, and/or production ERP systems (desirable). * Big Data handling skills.
