




Position Summary: Marketing professional responsible for managing and executing entertainment and marketing campaigns, coordinating events, partnerships, and budgets. Key Highlights: 1. Establish strategic partnerships and CSR initiatives. **Job Description** ---------------------- Develop and execute the monthly entertainment programming and campaigns to attract visitors. Manage and monitor the budget allocated by the parent company, leading quotation processes, expense recording, and departmental invoicing. Coordinate the logistics and operational execution of campaigns and activations within the mall, aligning efforts across internal departments and vendors (including on-site supervision). Obtain and process municipal, legal, and contractual permits required for events, raffles, and vendor partnerships. Identify and consolidate partnerships with local entities to create value-driven experiences, increase visitor traffic, and strengthen the mall’s emotional connection with the community. Plan and review community engagement activities and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Prepare post-event performance reports (foot traffic, sales, NPS) and competitive analysis reports to support decision-making. Coordinate and optimize the use of the mall’s advertising spaces, ensuring proper display of graphic assets and adherence to the communication plan. Coordinate joint marketing and event activities with commercial partners, agencies, and influencers, while keeping area management platforms updated (e.g., store listings on the website, directories, and Asana). **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business Administration. * Preferred specialization in Retail, Events, or Trade Marketing. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading B2C events, activations, or trade marketing. * Competencies: Communication at all levels, proactivity, resilience. * Intermediate-level Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint).
