Promotion of an inclusive and diverse environment **Job Description** ---------------------- Supervise operations in the receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, and dispatch areas, using assigned equipment. Supervise and support receiving, storage, consolidation, and dispatch activities for merchandise from domestic and imported suppliers, in accordance with established procedures. Ensure proper handling of documentation and information used across different zones of the Distribution Center. Participate in general inventories as per the established schedule. Use assigned equipment and tools correctly, and ensure their optimal condition to carry out duties within the Distribution Center. Provide support to other areas as needed. Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Report any anomalies or situations contrary to the company's ethics policy. Oversee and actively participate in the care of Distribution Center facilities and merchandise. Be responsible for meeting daily performance indicators assigned. Achieve departmental goals: trainings, workplace climate, etc. Develop instructions and train advisors in each area.
