Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager with experience in team management and supervision of cleaning processes across diverse environments. Key Highlights: 1. Service quality and efficiency management We are looking for an Operations Manager (Cleaning Sector) Professional degree in Environmental Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 5 years of experience in shopping malls, office buildings, industrial plants, or related sectors. Proven experience managing operations involving 100 personnel. Proficiency in soft skills such as leadership. Interpersonal communication with personnel at all levels. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor the job and personnel work plan under their supervision. Coordinate and verify staff attendance, and immediately report to management any need to fill positions due to absences or unexcused absences. Conduct continuous safety inspections aligned with planned activities. Submit daily reports containing operational information (incidents, work plan compliance, attendance, etc.). Train, supervise, and correct general maintenance processes. Communicate to management the need for materials, tools, machinery, and uniforms. Supervise service quality and efficiency. Carry out responsibilities in full compliance with company policies and aligned with achieving organizational objectives and established procedures. Other duties assigned by management.
