REQUIREMENTS * Food Engineering, Agro-Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Engineering degree (Food Industry experience preferred). * Specialization in Production Management, Operations, or Plant Management (preferred). * Minimum 5 years of experience in food production. * Minimum 2 years leading production teams. * Experience in facilities producing sauces, pastes, dressings, canned goods, or similar food products. * Experience managing operational staff. Technical Knowledge * GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). * HACCP. * POES. * HACCP system and food safety regulations. * Statistical process control. * Production line balancing. * Production planning and scheduling. * Performance indicator management (KPIs). * Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement (preferred). * ERP system proficiency. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. Main Responsibilities * Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. * Supervise adherence to established production volumes. * Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, Procurement, and Logistics departments to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. * Optimize production time and reduce waste. * Supervise proper operation of production lines. * Efficiently manage assigned labor force and resources. * Monitor productivity, efficiency, yield, and loss indicators. * Lead daily meetings with supervisors and operational staff. * Manage timely procurement of raw materials and supplies. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance shutdowns. * Verify compliance with standard operating procedures. * Supervise adherence to Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Lead continuous improvement projects. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Train operational staff on production processes, food safety, and occupational safety.
