Ensure achievement of the store's commercial goals through efficient management of the team, operations, customer service, and inventory control. ️ Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and develop the store team. Ensure achievement of sales targets and service-level standards. Manage store opening and closing procedures. Supervise proper product display and distribution. Monitor staff attendance, performance, and appearance. Track stock levels, inventories, shrinkage, and transfers. Supervise cash handling processes, bank deposits, and commercial documentation.
