Job stability with a full-time employment contract **Full Job Description** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university studies in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, or related fields. * Technical knowledge of NFPA 20, 25, and 72 standards. (Desirable) * Fire pumps: Electric and diesel-powered fire pumps (SPP). * Diesel and electric motors. * Listed fire alarm panels: Metrom, Firetrol, Tornatech, Eaton. * Installation, maintenance, and testing of fire protection piping networks: fire cabinets, radiators, manifolds, control stations. * Experience: Prior experience in fire protection system maintenance is highly desirable**.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Installation and Maintenance:** * **Perform installation** (sprinkler networks, 40-CD pipe networks, nipple replacement, coupling installation among other hydraulic components; experience installing manifolds; gate valve and pressure-regulating valve installation; water network installation, etc.). * **Maintenance and installation** of fire pumps, fire pump panels (diesel and electric), deep-well submersible pumps, etc. * **Preventive and corrective maintenance** of fire protection systems nationwide. * **Preparation and Planning:** Prepare checklists and specify required materials, consumables, equipment, and tools needed for service execution. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Complete protocols; review maintenance, inspection, and testing procedures for RCI (Fire Protection Piping Network) and BCI (Fire Protection System), ensuring compliance with NFPA standards for client evaluation and any regulatory authority. * **Reporting and Documentation:** Prepare and submit detailed service reports to the immediate supervisor. * **Other Responsibilities:** Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **EDUCATION:** * Engineer and/or completed or incomplete technical degree (Desirable). **BENEFITS:** * Full-time employment contract with job stability. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. **JOB TYPE:** * Full-time * Technical Office \- Operations: Lima. * Willingness to travel and work under atypical work schedules. * Day-shift work (night shifts only in exceptional cases).
