Job Summary: An industrial plant is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage, supervise, design, and optimize component manufacturing processes for the mining industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop internal projects to improve the production process An industrial plant with over 40 years in the market, dedicated to manufacturing components, machinery, and accessories for the mining industry, seeks to hire a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR. REQUIREMENTS: \-Metallurgical Engineer, licensed and registered with the professional association. \-Minimum of 3 years of experience as Plant Manager in metal casting. \-Additional studies in Mechanical Engineering are preferred (not mandatory, but will be valued). \-Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, applied to casting component design. \-Solid experience in casting and molding processes. \-Knowledge and application of current quality, safety, and environmental standards. \-Proficiency in gating system design, process management, and metrology. \-Residence in areas near Puente Piedra (Km 36.5 of the Panamericana Norte Highway \- Fundición Bus Stop). RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Manage and supervise production processes. \-Design, review, and optimize component manufacturing processes. \-Prepare technical sheets for castings and processes. \-Design component feed systems. \-Revise designs if defects are identified. \-Coordinate with PCP (Production Control and Planning) to develop the work plan and implement it for distribution and execution at the plant. \-Provide support to production departments. \-Develop internal projects to improve the component manufacturing production process. \-Develop procedures and work instructions for all production processes and operations, implement them, and ensure compliance.
