This is your opportunity! **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum of **1–2 years** of experience as a team leader or supervisor in **FMCG and field sales**. * Proficiency in managing **performance indicators, KPIs, performance measurement, and commercial strategies**. * Experience leading **route promoters, sales representatives, and merchandisers** in the **traditional trade channel**. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (preferred). * **Willingness and ability to travel** within assigned zones. **AREAS OF COVERAGE** * San Martín de Porres * Rímac * Callao Norte **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. * Two weekly meetings extend approximately one hour beyond regular hours. **BENEFITS** * Fixed salary: S/ 2,000 \+ variable component Full payroll registration * Transportation allowance * Performance awards and incentives * Ongoing training programs APPLY NOW!
