We seek a results-oriented professional with leadership capability, administrative discipline, and responsible resource management skills, eager to assume a strategic role within a growing organization. **Job Objective** Ensure proper operational and financial administration of the assigned office, guaranteeing compliance with internal procedures, appropriate resource control, and daily operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Administer and supervise administrative and financial operations of the assigned office. * Manage and control cash flows, ensuring their proper custody and recording. * Execute and validate payment, deposit, and operational transaction activities in accordance with internal guidelines. * Review and maintain up-to-date documentation and files related to operations. * Coordinate and execute delivery of assigned financial or operational products. * Perform operational reconciliations, controls, and cash closing. * Prepare reports and address job-specific requirements as instructed by the immediate supervisor. **Candidate Requirements** * Completed or ongoing technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions or roles involving administrative/operational responsibility. * Availability to work on-site in Lima. * Availability to work **Monday through Saturday during office hours**. **What We Offer** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Formal employment under the MYPE regime from day one. * Statutory benefits.
