Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in import operations for accounting records and collaboration with the finance department, ensuring operational efficiency. Branfel Soluciones SAC, an importer and distributor of gastronomic equipment with a strong presence in the Peruvian market, is currently seeking an Accounting Assistant with import experience. Requirements: Technical or university studies in Accounting or Finance. Minimum one year of experience in accounting, accounting assistant, or assistant roles. Residence in areas adjacent to the San Miguel District. Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. Verifiable experience in similar positions, especially in accounting entries and import operations. Competencies: proactivity, analytical thinking, organizational and planning skills, attention to detail, responsibility, leadership, and ability to work under pressure. Use of billing software; issuance of payment vouchers based on customer purchase orders (PO); verification of customer payment vouchers; access to bank accounts to verify incoming payments prior to issuing payment vouchers (CP); daily reporting of income by payment method and monthly summary; issuance of delivery guides; recording of accounting entries; teamwork with the finance department to prepare the monthly managerial profit and loss report, where your contribution includes import-related revenue data and transfer of information from your area so that finance can prepare the cash flow statement.
