Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and charismatic Hosts to warmly welcome customers, guide them in using attractions, and maintain a cheerful and safe environment in the park. Key Responsibilities: 1. Foster a cheerful atmosphere and encourage participation in activities. 2. Ensure safety and order within the park. 3. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude. **Experience the Mr. Joy Adventure!** We are the premier amusement park for all ages, where you can enjoy all our rides—and we’re looking for top talent to join our family. We are currently recruiting **Hosts** for our location at **C.C. Rambla \- Breña**. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or currently enrolled or former university students. * Prior customer service experience is preferred. * Valid food handler’s health certificate. * Availability to work full-time (48 hours/week), including shifts ending at approximately 10:30 PM. * Residency in Breña or nearby areas. **Responsibilities:** * Warmly welcome customers and provide clear information about park activities and zones. * Guide visitors on proper use of attractions and rides. * Promote a cheerful atmosphere by encouraging children and adults to participate in activities. * Ensure compliance with safety and order regulations within the park. * Identify customer needs and refer them to the appropriate department (first aid, customer service, etc.). * Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned work areas. * Perform proper food handling procedures. * Handle cash register operations (cash, credit cards, coupons, etc.). * Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader and/or immediate supervisor.
