




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanics graduate to ensure the proper functioning of machines and equipment by performing daily and weekly inspections and maintaining operational readiness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain the operational status of machines and equipment 2. Perform control and verification of hydraulic and lubrication systems 3. Manage treated water and chemical products Applicants must be graduates of Maintenance Mechanics with basic knowledge of electric arc and TIG welding, and a minimum of 6 months’ experience in plastic plants or related industries. Candidates must reside in the northern cone. Specific Duties: · Ensure all machines remain operational and function properly in coordination with the Maintenance Technician. * Conduct daily machine and equipment inspections: * Verify oil levels and oil temperatures in hydraulic systems. * Inspect the condition of pneumatic lubricators and filters. Treated water and chemical product control: Regeneration of softening equipment. Draining and replenishment of treated water, along with respective chemical dosing. * Conduct weekly machine and equipment inspections: Verify that automatic lubrication reservoirs (blowers and injectors) maintain at least 50% of their total capacity. Carry out scheduled lubrication of machines and equipment. Inspect fan operation and clean their filters. Clean condensers, chillers, and air compressor radiators. Inspect the condition of pneumatic testing equipment. Inspect the condition of mills and raw material mixers. Verify gear box oil levels and temperatures. Report any faults or defects to the Maintenance Supervisor immediately. All duties listed are illustrative, not exhaustive.
