GEOTECHNICAL MANAGER – OFFICE AND MINING PROJECTS

Position Summary: We are seeking a Geologist or Mining Engineer with experience in leadership and supervision of geotechnical drilling and instrumentation services, report preparation, and operational project management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the geotechnical team 2. Supervise geotechnical drilling and instrumentation 3. Prepare reports and manage operational documentation **Requirements:** * Degree holder, registered and licensed as a Geologist, Mining Engineer, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in similar positions. * Minimum 5 years of experience leading geotechnical drilling services, installation of open-tube piezometers, vibrating-wire piezometers, inclinometers, Lugeon and Le Franc tests, SPT, CPTU, among others. * Availability to work at the Lima (San Isidro) office and travel to mining projects as required. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the geotechnical team. * Supervise drilling and installation of geotechnical instrumentation. * Prepare daily drilling work reports in Excel and PDF formats for the client. * Prepare material, equipment, and tool requisitions for the project, if necessary. * Execute operational document management for the project, if required. * Develop and present to the client a field report on drilling activities, and deliver the project dossier upon completion of drilling and geotechnical instrumentation. Salary negotiable.
