In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—contributing to the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Inventory, pulverization, and briquetting of samples for X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis * Sample preparation for clay determination and other mineralogical tests * Collaboration in the evaluation and interpretation of diffractograms and analytical results * Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and X-ray diffraction (XRD) instrumentation according to established protocols * Record, document, and organize analysis data and results in the laboratory's information systems * Perform quality controls on samples and verify data accuracy prior to report generation * Collaborate in the preparation of technical reports and summaries of geological findings * Comply with all laboratory safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, or a related field * Minimum of 3 months of practical experience supporting XRD analysis activities * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks * Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills * Availability to work rotating shifts as required **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Corporate benefit agreements. * EPS health insurance premium covered at 80%.
