Job Summary: We are seeking graduates in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering to handle samples, verify balances, and monitor processes in a geochemical laboratory. Main Responsibilities: * Identify and organize customer sample boxes according to the location indicated in the system (Webview). * Verify balance weights according to the applicable method. * Operate the Blueweight system according to the corresponding method. * Perform sampling and monitoring tasks at PTARI (Industrial Waste Treatment Plant). * Carry out material washing and transfer. * Perform sample weighing activities. * Report non-conforming samples. * Immediately report any operational or safety incidents to the direct supervisor. * Comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. * Maintain behavior aligned with ALS corporate values and HSE management system. Requirements: * **Academic Qualification:** Graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a technical program related to chemical processes, metallurgy, or related fields. * **Experience:** Not mandatory (ideal for recent graduates). * **Residence:** Lima only * **Competencies:** * Ability to follow instructions. * Basic mathematical skills. * Teamwork. * Service orientation. * Confident, resilient, curious, committed, and honest individual. * **Availability:** On-site work in Callao, on rotating shifts.
