Position Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Safety and Risk Management Facilitator Engineer to lead risk analysis processes and strengthen safety culture in mobile fleet and concentrator plant maintenance.

We are looking for a **Lead Safety and Risk Management Facilitator Engineer** with a strong background in mobile fleet and concentrator plant maintenance, capable of leading risk analysis processes, strengthening critical control management, and facilitating high-impact workshops focused on preventing high-potential events and developing a sustainable safety culture.

**Responsibilities:**
* Lead operational safety facilitation processes for maintenance activities in mobile fleet and concentrator plant.
* Develop and conduct risk analysis workshops focused on high-potential events using the Bowtie methodology.
* Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of critical controls in maintenance activities.
* Conduct field audits and observations aimed at identifying deviations and improvement opportunities.
* Promote the application of human performance and safe behavior principles in operations.
* Facilitate visible leadership spaces and strengthen safety culture.
* Verify compliance with legal and corporate standards related to occupational health and safety.
* Provide technical support during critical activities such as working at heights, confined space entry, lifting operations, hazardous energy control, and electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
* Participate in reviewing and improving preventive management tools such as Continuous IPERC and PETAR.
* Prepare technical reports and present findings to operational and supervisory teams.
**Requirements:**
**Academic Qualifications:**
* Licensed and registered professional in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields.
* Preferred specialization in Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Management, or Critical Control Management.
**Professional Experience:**
* Minimum of **10 years** of experience in maintenance operations within the mining sector.
* Proven experience in **mobile fleet and concentrator plant maintenance**.
* Experience leading risk management and critical control processes.
* Experience facilitating workshops and training in the field for operational personnel and maintenance specialists.
* Experience conducting safety audits and behavioral observations in the field.
* Experience applying the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation for Mining (**Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM and amendments**).
