In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Lubrication activities including greasing, oil changes, oil sampling, filter replacement, ferrography, field inspections, leak repairs, etc. * Execution of the annual lubrication program assigned to each fleet. * Extraction and tracking of used oil and grease samples according to the annual program. * Assembly and installation of lubrication accessories (automatic lubricators, Pitot tubes, level indicators, filters, etc.) * Field visual inspections (condition of automatic lubricators, level indicators, filter condition, oil color, etc.) * Assembly and installation of lubrication accessories (automatic lubricators, Pitot tubes, level indicators, filters, etc.) * Monitoring of grease consumption in automatic lubricators. * Mandatory compliance with work permit forms according to MCP policies. * Compliance with MCP and its contractor company policies regarding safety, health, environment, and other policies. * Driving a pickup truck within the mining operation. **Requirements** * Mechanical Technician or related field, with certified and/or documented training, and experience in lubrication and maintenance of heavy equipment and plant maintenance. * Class A2B or higher driver’s license (Desirable) * Minimum 3 years of experience * MLA 1 or MLT1 certification (Desirable) * Knowledge of lubrication system maintenance **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits effective from the first day of work. * EPS coverage at 80% for the employee, spouse, and children up to age 18. * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
