Your journey toward impact and innovation starts here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the MECHANICAL discipline team. * Perform design of HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and mechanical systems for building, industrial, and mining markets. * Prepare construction documentation packages. * Understand scope defined in a Terms of Reference (TOR) and translate it into a technical proposal. * Lead engineering project development and/or supervision. * Coordinate regularly with project managers. * Lead technical meetings for the discipline with governmental technical reviewers and clients. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, as applicable to assigned activities, among others. **Professional Background:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical-Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * 6–8 years of experience in engineering and/or consulting and/or construction firms, across general projects. * Familiarity with NFPA, API, ASTM, ASHRAE, and RNE standards is desirable. * Proficiency in software such as AFT Fathom, AutoPIPE, and MS OFFICE is desirable. * Availability to work onsite at our Miraflores–Lima offices. \#Peru \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 7**Job Posting** Apr 9, 2026, 9:54:05 AM
