Purpose of the Position Supervise and lead the cost analyst team; develop and implement cost control strategies aligned with organizational objectives; coordinate budget preparation; analyze cost structure to drive efficiency; prepare reports for senior management; and effectively validate cost information. Responsibilities * Supervise and lead the cost analyst team, ensuring proper execution of tasks and promoting continuous skill development. * Develop and implement strategies for effective operational cost control, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. * Coordinate cost budget preparation in collaboration with various departments, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. * Conduct strategic analysis of cost structure, identifying improvement opportunities and driving initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs. * Prepare cost management reports and presentations for senior management, communicating information clearly and effectively. * Support and validate cost information efficiently and sustainably. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * 2 years of experience as a Cost and Assets Supervisor in underground mining companies. * Availability for on-site work in Miraflores \- Peru, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Special Skills and Knowledge * Specialization in Cost Accounting. * Solid knowledge of Accounting Standards. * Advanced proficiency in SAP. Language * Intermediate English
