**Academia Absoluta** is an institution dedicated to preparing high school students and graduates for admission to national universities, providing comprehensive academic and emotional preparation.
We seek to incorporate into our team an organized individual with solid knowledge of pre-university subjects and a service-oriented mindset, who will support the development of study materials and administrative tasks at the academy.
Job Responsibilities
**Academic Material Development**
* Collect, select, and organize information from various bibliographic sources (pre-university textbooks, question banks, reference materials) to develop student study books and workbooks.
* Structure content clearly, logically, and progressively, aligned with the level and needs of pre-university students.
* Verify that collected information is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with the syllabi of national university entrance examinations.
* Design exercises, practice activities, and assessments to accompany theoretical content.
* Continuously update and improve existing materials based on student performance and changes in national university entrance examinations.
**Administrative Support**
* Prepare and organize teacher schedules.
* Print, photocopy, and prepare study materials for distribution to students.
* Assist in monitoring and maintaining student discipline within the academy.
* Collaborate on other administrative tasks as required by the academic coordination team.
Requirements
* Completed or ongoing higher education studies (training in Education or related fields such as Mathematics, Communication, Sciences, Humanities, etc. will be valued).
* Solid knowledge of topics covered in national university entrance examinations (mathematical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and/or specialized courses according to the subject area).
* Prior experience in developing educational materials, pre-university teaching, or similar roles (desirable but not mandatory).
* Ability to synthesize and organize information clearly and pedagogically.
* Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work under deadlines.
* Good interpersonal skills with students and willingness to support discipline and order within the academy.
* Availability to work onsite during the specified schedule.
Work Schedule
* **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
* **Saturday:** 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
