Opportunity at a rapidly growing company A leading company in the importation of automotive electrical spare parts, with multiple nationwide branches and still experiencing rapid growth, is seeking a FEMALE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT with the following profile: Requirements: * Technical and/or university education in Accounting, Banking Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions, preferably within the same industry or related sectors. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel. * Knowledge and experience in issuing payment vouchers, marketing, labor legislation, tax matters, and sales area. * Proficiency in drafting administrative documents and handling procedures with public and private entities. * Teamwork skills, leadership ability, and organizational capacity. Responsibilities: * Verify proper compliance across various departments. * Manage files and documents. * Monitor fixed payments (electricity, water, telephone, internet, municipal fees, and others). * Track attendance, draft memoranda, review letters, contracts, and other documents. * Perform other duties as required by the administrative department.
