Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform information into reports and insights, supporting business and marketing decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Business Intelligence Analyst** to join our team. We seek an analytical, commercially oriented, and organized individual capable of transforming information into reports, KPIs, and insights to support decision-making and the execution of business and marketing campaigns. Main Responsibilities * Analyze and consolidate information on **sales, investment, and performance across various commercial channels**. * Prepare periodic reports on KPIs, progress, findings, and recommendations. * Analyze **product turnover by SKU**, identifying high- and low-turnover products. * Support the development and execution of **marketing campaigns and commercial activities**. * Conduct market, competitor, pricing, visibility, and consumer behavior analysis. * Collect and analyze commercial information to identify improvement opportunities. * Support the planning and execution of **activations, product launches, and special campaigns**. * Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure operational capacity required for campaigns. * Propose improvements based on information analysis and business results. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering**, or related fields. * Minimum of **6 months of experience in similar roles**. Assistant profiles with relevant experience seeking growth and transition into an Analyst role will also be considered. * Preferred experience in **FMCG, food, or retail companies**. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of commercial reporting and KPI development is desirable. * Strong analytical ability and results orientation. * Organizational skills, commercial acumen, and follow-up capability. * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively. Working Conditions **Compensation:** PEN 2,500 to PEN 3,000, depending on evaluation and experience. **Location:** San Martín de Porres, near Plaza Norte. **Work Mode:** On-site. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Salary: PEN 2,500.00 \- PEN 3,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
