Analyze the efficiency of digital campaigns An online children's and baby clothing store is looking for a Marketing Assistant. ***Requirements:*** * Education: Degree in Communications or a technical marketing program * Experience: Preferably at least 1 year as a Marketing Assistant or in related roles within clothing brands * Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok, CapCut, etc.) * Analytics tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics * Camera and lighting usage for video recording * Video editing * Trafficker ***Responsibilities:*** * Propose the Annual Marketing Plan for the brands we distribute * Plan the strategic plan and annual marketing plan * Suggest improvements to the products we sell * Edit videos * Manage social media accounts * Propose and develop campaigns targeting wholesale and retail customers * Analyze the efficiency of digital campaigns ***Working Hours:*** 48 hours per week (Monday 8:30am \- 6pm / Friday 8am \- 6pm / Saturday 8am \- 1pm) // 1-hour lunch break ***Work Location:*** San Miguel Job Type: Full\-time Pay: S/.1,350\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your availability to work? * Do you agree with the offered employment conditions? * Do you have experience performing the described responsibilities?
