We are Inter Andean Trading, a company that markets industrial inputs, engineering materials, and spare parts, and we are looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support the Commercial Department. **Requirements:** * Academic background in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Skills in basic photo and reel editing (using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Canva, etc.). * Creativity and proactivity: Ability to propose new ideas and content formats within our industrial sector. * Teamwork: Collaboration with various departments across the company. * Time management: Adherence to schedules and publication deadlines. * Development of advertising campaigns on Meta Business, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Basic performance measurement: reach, leads, engagement. * Planning and execution of content calendars (social media, email marketing, presentations). **Bonus Qualifications:** * Experience managing social media and creating digital content. * Strong communication skills and proactivity. * Knowledge or experience in the industry (not mandatory). * Proficiency with digital tools such as Notion, CapCut, and Asana. * Enthusiasm for learning and eagerness to grow alongside the team.
