Positive work environment and job stability. **Job Description** We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and results-oriented professional to fill the position of Marketing Assistant / Executive. If you are passionate about audiovisual content creation, advertising design, and brand management in both digital and physical environments, we want to meet you! **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies (ongoing, graduated, or incomplete) in Marketing, Communication Sciences, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in editing and design tools. * Video editing: CapCut, Premiere, or other mobile/Desktop editors. * Graphic design: Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. * Minimum 6 months of experience managing social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business) and creating content for brands. * Mandatory: Must reside in Puente Piedra (Zapallal) or nearby areas with easy access. **Responsibilities:** * Recording, editing, and producing dynamic videos (Reels, TikToks) using CapCut. * Designing advertising graphics, banners, and product catalogs using Photoshop / Canva. * Daily management of social media platforms, content calendars, and responding to customer messages. * Implementing advertising materials and visual promotions at physical points of sale. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Day off: Sundays. **Benefits:** * Fixed salary between S/ 1,100 and S/ 1,200 (based on evaluation and experience). * Creative freedom to develop proposals and enhance your portfolio. * Positive work environment and job stability.
