Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Development Manager to develop business with third-party logistics (3PL) operators, national transportation and distribution companies, marketing logistics solutions for FMCG, retail, industrial, pharmaceutical, and e-commerce enterprises. Development of logistics proposals with Operations for long-term contracts **Business Development Manager – 3PL Logistics Operator** We seek a Business Development Manager with proven experience developing business with third-party logistics (3PL) operators, national transportation and distribution companies. This position is exclusively for professionals who have **marketed logistics solutions to FMCG, retail, industrial, pharmaceutical, and e\-commerce enterprises.** **Your experience must include:** ✔ Commercial development in logistics (3PL), distribution, transportation, or supply chain companies. ✔ Consultative sales of the following services: * Primary and secondary transportation. * National distribution. * Warehousing. * Cross docking. * Last-mile delivery. * In-house operations. * Value-added services (VAS). ✔ Commercial relationships with FMCG companies, modern retail, supermarkets, industrial firms, or traditional trade channels. ✔ Experience negotiating medium- and large-volume logistics contracts. ✔ Knowledge of logistics KPIs (On-Time-In-Full, Fill Rate, Service Level, Lead Time, Operational Productivity, Cost to Serve). ✔ Ability to develop logistics proposals jointly with Operations and convert opportunities into long-term contracts. Essential Requirements * More than **5 years** of business development experience with logistics operators. * Experience selling B2B logistics services. * Network of contacts within FMCG, retail, or industrial companies. * Knowledge of the Peruvian logistics market. * Experience managing tender processes (RFP/RFQ). * Willingness to travel nationwide. **If your commercial experience originates from sectors other than logistics, this position does not match the required profile.** Salary: S/.5,000\.00 \- S/.12,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
