The ideal candidate is an analytical and collaborative leader who will drive the entire product lifecycle — from strategy and roadmap development to launch and post\-release evaluation. You will work cross\-functionally with engineering, design, and client teams to identify new opportunities, define business models, and deliver high\-quality, data\-driven solutions for our clients in the U.S. market. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping innovative software products while working closely with international teams and U.S.\-based stakeholders. **Responsibilities** * Lead the end\-to\-end product lifecycle: strategy, roadmap definition, development, launch, and post\-release evaluation. * Create business models, define KPIs, and conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities. * Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to align product goals with company objectives. * Develop and monitor data\-driven analytics to inform product decisions and improve performance. * Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to guide continuous improvement. * Mentor and support team members to achieve both individual and collective goals. * Ensure product compliance with US client and business standards. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). * 4\+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting. * Proven track record in end\-to\-end product ownership, from ideation to delivery. * Strong analytical, strategic, and problem\-solving abilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent). * Experience working with US\-based clients, businesses, and compliance standards. * Availability to work within US time zones. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross\-functional product teams. * Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
