Requirements * Minimum **1 year** of experience as a baker in restaurants, cafés, bakeries, or related businesses. * Knowledge of artisanal bread production, dough preparation, and daily production. * Proficiency in fermentation, kneading, and baking processes. * Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices for Food Handling (GMP). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Responsible, organized individual with strong teamwork skills. Responsibilities * Produce daily breads and doughs according to LIMA 141’s quality standards. * Prepare and manage the mise en place for the bakery area. * Verify the quality of raw materials and finished products. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * Comply with food safety and sanitation procedures.
