Continuous training in technical skills and knowledge **Publication Date:** July 18, 2025 **Salary:** PEN 1,500.00 - PEN 6,000.00 per month **Job Description:** What do you need? * Completed technical or university studies. * Minimum 1 year of sales experience. * Proficiency in Office software and technological tools (mandatory). * Ambition to achieve goals and a positive attitude. * Adaptability and self-management skills. What will you do? * Provide customers with the best funeral insurance solution, clearly explaining terms, benefits, and advantages of our Sepelio products. * Prospect clients, schedule appointments, and close sales. * Stay continuously trained on product knowledge and sales methodologies. * Complete and submit required documentation for policy issuance. * Channel customer complaints, suggestions, and feedback internally within the company. * Retain customers through periodic contact, keeping their data updated in systems, responding to inquiries, questions, and concerns, and reviewing payment status. * Perform other related or complementary duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
