The ideal candidate must have experience in logistics operations or distribution, demonstrating the ability to lead teams and foster a strong safety culture. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or related sectors. * Experience in the hydrocarbons sector (desirable but not mandatory). * Experience leading operational teams. * Solid knowledge of legal regulations on Occupational Safety and Health. * Interpersonal skills and a preventive approach. * Ability to take initiative and manage improvement projects. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment (IPERC). * Lead incident investigations and prepare reports. * Carry out unannounced follow-up and supervision visits to the operational team. * Lead and coordinate activities related to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment. * Manage risks with technical criteria and promote continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with legal regulations on Occupational Safety and Health. * Promote a proactive safety culture across all organizational levels. **WE OFFER:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Direct enrollment in the General Regime payroll. * Statutory benefits. * Timely payments. * Pleasant working environment.
