Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Painter Technician to operate coating equipment, ensure high-quality finishes, and maintain tools. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and handling of powder coating equipment. 2. Execution of clean, orderly, and high-quality finishing work. 3. Compliance with safety standards and regulations. ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENT, AN ELECTRICAL SECTOR COMPANY, WE ARE SEEKING A **PAINTER TECHNICIAN** TO WORK AT OUR **AV. COLONIAL \- CALLAO** OFFICE. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in similar roles. * Experience in bakeable electrostatic powder coating. * Desirable experience in epoxy coating. * Candidates must be responsible, organized, and punctual. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operation and handling of powder coating equipment. * Operating spray guns to coat fixed items or items on moving conveyor systems. * Familiarity with the use and maintenance of all materials, machinery, and tools used in the trade. * Execution of work in a clean, orderly, and high-quality manner; proper and economical use of materials. * Assisting in recording labor hours and materials used in projects. * Estimating material requirements based on the yield rates of various products. * Conducting periodic inspections to identify process errors requiring rework. * Compliance with current safety standards and regulations, using appropriate personal protective equipment. * Performing all related tasks assigned. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: PEN 1,800–2,000 per month.
