Positive work environment and occupational safety We are currently looking for **FORKLIFT OPERATORS** to join our metal-mechanical sector team. **What will be your main challenges and responsibilities?** * Safely operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and moving goods. * Arrange and stack products on racks or designated warehouse areas. * Inspect the physical condition of goods upon receipt or delivery. * Load trucks according to the dispatch kardex, verifying product conditions. * Unload trucks or containers, adhering to safety standards. * Report any defects or maintenance needs to the Process Leader. * Support other operational tasks as required. **What is the ideal profile for this position?** * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of hardware products. * Experience in warehousing, dispatch, or similar roles. * Valid forklift operator certification. * Experience operating forklifts of 2.5, 5, and 7 tons capacity. * Valid driver's license. * Residency in areas adjacent to Los Olivos. **What do we offer to help you grow with us?** * Base salary above market standards. * Full statutory benefits from day one (mid-year and year-end bonuses, Compulsory Savings Fund [CTS], vacation, SCTR insurance, EsSalud health insurance, free uniforms, family allowance, etc.). * Renewable contract based on performance. * Bi-weekly and timely payments. * Statutory Life Insurance for the employee and beneficiaries. * Continuous training. * Career path within an industry-leading company. * Occupational safety. * Positive work environment.
