Attractive bonuses INDUSTRIAS DEL PAPEL, an industry leader in the paper sector, is seeking talented individuals to join its team as a Mechanical Maintenance Assistant in Chaclacayo at KM 18\.5 Requirements: * Preferably a mechanical engineering graduate or related field. * Experience handling greases and lubricants in industrial companies. * Experience assembling and disassembling centrifugal pumps. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Availability to work in Chaclacayo, KM 18\.5 on the Central Highway. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM \- 3:45 PM (willingness to work overtime). Responsibilities: * Application of lubricants and greases to machinery. * Use of basic vibration analysis instruments and interpretation of collected data. * Use of pyrometers and interpretation of collected data. * Observational and analytical skills for conducting inspections and monitoring mechanical equipment operation. * Positive attitude toward order and cleanliness of equipment and assigned work areas. * Ability to repair mechanical issues such as oil leaks, excessive vibration, and other identified defects. * Timely and accurate detection, interpretation, and reporting of equipment symptoms to support proactive decision-making before equipment failure occurs. * Technical knowledge of materials required to fulfill job responsibilities.
