Job Summary: We are seeking a Multidisciplinary Technician Level I to contribute to the safe and efficient management of physical assets, repair infrastructure and furniture, and ensure operational continuity. We are currently seeking **01** **Multidisciplinary Technician Level I**, meeting the following profile: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Know, execute, and promote strict compliance with current and approved policies, plans, procedures, and protocols related to the safe, efficient, reliable, high-quality, and timely management of physical assets required for safe medical care. * Repair all damage occurring to infrastructure (walls, floors, ceilings, finishes, doors, windows, metal structures, circulation routes, parking areas, rooftops, etc.), minor installations (electrical and plumbing), and minor furniture, adhering to current safety, technical, and quality protocols. * Address, fulfill, and ensure the timely execution of the activity program assigned to them by their immediate supervisor. * Timely identify risks that could cause partial or total failure in operational continuity, or opportunities to strengthen processes or improve hospital infrastructure. * Accurately record information collected from executed maintenance activities, in accordance with directives provided by their supervisor. * Comply with and enforce labor regulations and anti-corruption policies, and report any act or situation contrary to corporate values. * Other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical professional **with degree** in Civil Construction, Industrial Electricity, or Industrial Sanitary Installations. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the field. * Knowledge of testing, calibration, and measurement instruments (Mandatory). * Training courses in masonry, Drywall systems, plumbing, electrical installations, Industrial Safety, and applicable regulatory frameworks / Health Technical Standards (Desirable). * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work in Callao (Alberto Barton Hospital). **BENEFITS:** * All statutory benefits. * Continuous training. * Discounts with educational institutions, oncological insurance, supplier visits, and more. * Work for an internationally accredited company holding ISO and Joint Commission International certifications (among the most important global healthcare accreditations). *Our company is committed to equity and inclusion because we believe every person is unique and different.
