We are currently looking for a **Commercial Advisor** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Promote and position the consulting firm's services. * Manage client portfolio and capture new business opportunities. * Prepare quotations and follow up on submitted proposals. * Coordinate meetings, site visits, and calls with potential clients. * Conduct proactive prospecting via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn. * Support the achievement of monthly commercial targets. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * 6 months of experience in service sales (preferred). * Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial follow-up skills. * Proactive attitude and goal-oriented mindset. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools. **Benefits:** * MYPE payroll registration * CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) * Bonuses * Essalud health insurance * Half-day off on birthday * Salary \+ sales commissions * Opportunity for professional growth * Positive work environment. **Conditions:** * Availability to work at our office in Los Olivos. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; alternate Saturdays, 8 AM to 1 PM.
