Position Summary: Technical professional or engineer in industrial safety or related field, with a diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), responsible for implementing preventive measures and managing workplace safety. Coordination and supervision of occupational safety and health **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technician in Industrial Safety, Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. \- Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (Law No. 29783), minimum 120 hours. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** \- Maintain the accident and incident register for the last two years. \- Implement measures to prevent serious accidents. \- Update the risk and control matrix, as well as the environmental aspects matrix. \- Define and implement safe work procedures. \- Develop and maintain emergency plans. \- Verify that personnel hold valid safety certifications. \- Coordinate occupational health surveillance programs. \- Supervise the proper use of cleaning products. **QUALITY OBLIGATIONS:** \- Apply control measures and communicate risks to staff. \- Record observations regarding safe and unsafe conditions. \- Maintain accident statistics. \- Accompany inspections conducted by authorities. **OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH OBLIGATIONS:** \- Comply with safety and environmental regulations. \- Report wear or damage, and maintain control of personal protective equipment. \- Report accidents and incidents and prepare the corresponding report and record. \- Participate in internal training sessions. \- Comply with safety parameters established by the company and clients. **BENEFITS:** Market-competitive salary Formal employment registration Statutory benefits (Essalud, bonuses, vacation, CTS).
