Job Summary: We are seeking Plant Operators to verify machinery operation, ensure material flow, and support various operational tasks in the mining sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verification and maintenance of essential plant machinery 2. Collaboration in operational tasks and parameter recording 3. Logistical support and effective communication during operations A reputable company in the mining sector is seeking Plant Operators located in SJL \- Zarate (near Topitop). **Main Responsibilities:** * **Verify proper operation of machinery**: dryer, conveyor belts, elevators, extractors, and burner. * **Belt inspection**: ensure continuous loading and freedom from obstructions. * **Parameter recording** in the control logbook. * **Filling of sacks and Big Bags** with wet sand for customers. * **Effective communication**: notify the front-end loader operator and report incidents to the supervisor. * **Assist the forklift operator** in loading and unloading sacks. * **Collaborate** on activities assigned by the supervisor or team leader. **Benefits** * Bi-weekly payments. * Full payroll registration starting from the second month. * Profit-sharing, CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), bonuses, and vacation pay. * 80% subsidized lunch. * Mobility bonus. * Overtime pay. * Holiday pay at double rate. * Night shift pay: 35% additional. * EsSalud insurance with optional private insurance. * Christmas bonus. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in the industrial sector. * Availability for rotating 12-hour shifts (weekly schedule). * Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations. **Join our team!** Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * In which district do you currently reside? * Are you available to work rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM // 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and commute to SJL – Zárate (near Topitop)? * Please provide a mobile phone number for contact. * Detail your work experience in the industrial and/or construction sector. * Do you agree that the first month will be paid via Receipt for Professional Services for 8 hours (S/70) or 12 hours (S/98\.40), plus S/10 for lunch and S/6 for mobility, with weekly payments?
