Job Summary: Noatum is seeking a BDM for its office in Peru, responsible for tenders, account management, business development, and logistics solutions to retain customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of business opportunities and identification of potential customers. 2. Management of tendering processes and maintenance of key accounts. 3. We are currently seeking to hire a BDM for our office in Peru: Main Responsibilities: * Handle supply and project tendering processes requested by clients. * Manage, visit, hold meetings with, and address improvement requests from accounts (MOE/SCS house accounts, as applicable), ensuring ongoing account maintenance. * Research and analyze the market to identify potential business opportunities and prospective customers, thereby acquiring new accounts (supply, projects, or freight forwarding). * Understand client needs (continuous service improvement) and propose logistics solutions aimed at customer retention. * Request quotations required by existing or potential clients from Sales Support. * Update the customer database in the pipeline. * Prepare reports for the Commercial Sub\-Management (MOE or SCS, as applicable), Administration \& Finance, and/or General Management. * Maintain continuous communication with the Operations and Sales Support departments (to obtain cost information and coordinate client service), ensuring high-quality service and awareness of shipment status. * Perform other duties inherent to the position and/or assigned by direct management. * Undertake domestic and/or international business trips as assigned by direct management. * Comply with company-established policies and standards regarding quality, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, supply chain security (OEA, BASC), and road safety, as well as related management systems.
