Position Summary: Grupo Lay is seeking a construction supervisor with experience in project management, coordination, and supervision to oversee scope, cost, quality, and schedule compliance. Participation in activity and resource planning Grupo Lay is currently seeking **01 Construction Supervisor.** **Summary:** Responsible for controlling and ensuring compliance with specific project scopes regarding cost, quality, and schedule, with proven experience in project management, coordination, and supervision. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Monitor construction progress according to the schedule and daily activity planning. * Prepare and maintain reporting documentation throughout projects. * Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and/or supervisors on project execution using necessary tools. * Coordinate project resources with Cost & Budget, SSOMA, and Administration departments. * Prepare valuations, additions, and deductions. * Maintain and safeguard on-site all documents required during execution (drawings, minutes, records, specifications, communications, etc.). * Ensure that all necessary permits are always available on site. * Participate in planning of activities, deadlines, materials, and equipment for project execution. * Reject and remove from site any materials or equipment failing to meet required conditions or specifications for use or incorporation into the work. * Coordinate and supervise preparation of Construction Drawings or final drawings, as well as revised budget preparation where applicable. * Other duties inherent to the position **Requirements:** * Educational level: CIVIL ENGINEER or ARCHITECT (Bachelor's degree holder) * Experience: 2–3 years in Office Implementation projects; Retail, Construction, or Office Implementation or related projects. * Solid knowledge of architectural, electrical, and sanitary drawing interpretation and quantity take-offs. * Knowledge of budget preparation. * Knowledge of construction project management.
