Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and responsible Laundry Operators to perform washing, drying, and organizing of textile items, maintaining the work area and complying with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate laundry and drying machines in a hotel environment. 2. Sort and organize garments according to established procedures. 3. Maintain cleanliness and order in the laundry area. A hospitality-sector company is currently seeking Laundry Operators to join our team. **Responsibilities** * Wash and dry bed linens, towels, table linens, and other hotel textile items. * Sort garments by type, color, and level of soiling prior to washing. * Operate laundry, drying, and auxiliary equipment properly. * Fold, organize, and store clean garments according to established procedures. * Inspect garments’ condition and report any damage or anomalies detected. * Keep the laundry area and assigned equipment clean and orderly. * Comply with the company’s established safety, hygiene, and quality standards. * Perform duties ensuring proper garment care and correct use of allocated resources. **Requirements** * Proactive, responsible, and committed individual. * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in industrial or hotel laundries, or similar positions (preferred). * Good physical condition and willingness to perform operational tasks. * Availability to work in the district of La Victoria. * Availability to work paid overtime as stipulated by law. **Employment Conditions** * Salary: S/ 1,300\.00\. **Schedule:** * Rotating shifts **Benefits** * Formal payroll registration from day one under the MYPE regime. * All statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation time). * Overtime pay in accordance with the law. * Complimentary access to recreational centers Club Dionys and Club Toboganes de Santa Ana for the employee and one companion. **Work Location:** La Victoria, Lima. **Apply now and join our team!** Salary: S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
