A consulting firm specializing in Occupational Safety and Health seeks to incorporate an **Environmental, Industrial, or Safety Engineer—or a related degree holder**—with experience in implementing Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems.
This position targets professionals in a consolidation phase who wish to develop in consulting with direct exposure to various companies and operational realities, strengthening their technical judgment and field leadership.
**Required Profile**
✔ **2\-3 years of experience implementing Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems**
✔ Experience in both document management and field activity execution
✔ Solid knowledge of Law No. 29783 and its regulations
✔ Organizational ability, autonomy, and client-handling skills
**Work Modality**
✔ **Full-time – on-site mode**
✔ Scheduled assignments at client locations:
* Lurín: twice per week
* Ate: twice per week
* Rotating districts: Miraflores, San Isidro, Chacarilla, La Molina, San Miguel, among others.
The position requires active presence at assigned sites, directly supporting preventive management and regulatory compliance.
Availability and ease of commuting to these areas are required.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Implement and monitor the **Occupational Safety and Health Management System** at assigned companies.
* Prepare and update occupational safety and health documentation: **IPERC, legal matrices, annual programs, work plans, procedures, records, and reports**.
* Conduct safety inspections, preventive observations, and follow-up on field findings.
* Support and advise supervisors and area managers on applying preventive measures.
* Participate in accident and incident investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
* Deliver inductions, trainings, and awareness sessions on occupational safety and health.
* Monitor management indicators (accident rates, legal compliance, program implementation).
* Prepare for, and if necessary, accompany assigned companies during inspections and internal or external audits.
* Coordinate directly with each client’s representatives to ensure regulatory compliance.
Compensation: S/ 4,000, under the MYPE payroll regime.
Salary: S/.3,800\.00 \- S/.4,000\.00 per month
