A leading company in the sale of Tools and Accessories for the Industrial and Mining sectors is seeking a Business Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Requirements:
* Graduate in Business Administration or related field.
* Additional studies and/or specialization in administrative management, strategic planning, and sales management.
* Minimum 3 years of experience (mandatory).
* Advanced level of Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, direct, and control human resources, operations, marketing, and sales activities.
* Organize all internal processes.
* Support the finance department (cost control, invoicing, tracking and collection of customer accounts receivable, payments, financial statements, petty cash administration, coordination with the accountant).
* Develop the annual strategic plan. Plan and establish short-, medium-, and long-term goals aligned with annual objectives, and deliver them to department heads for execution and achievement.
* Ensure implementation and maintenance of an effective and efficient Quality Management System.
* Responsible for strategy, profitability, and sales results.
* Responsible for achieving overall and departmental objectives.
* Lead continuous improvement processes and formulate business strategies at all levels—commercial, production, financial, and administrative.
* Prepare KPI reports for assigned departments.
