The Commercial Manager will be responsible for leading and supervising commercial operations, ensuring achievement of established targets and objectives, managing client relationships, and guaranteeing compliance with regulations and internal processes. **Main Responsibilities** \* Monitor achievement of commercial targets across various business units. \* Assign weekly and monthly objectives to commercial teams. \* Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. \* Design strategies for entering new markets and commercial expansion. \* Supervise compliance with current regulations and established processes. \* Provide continuous feedback to commercial teams to improve performance. \* Generate performance reports and analyze commercial metrics to support decision-making. **Requirements** \* Academic background: Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. \* Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably within the financial sector. \* Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and commercial KPI management. \* Ability to manage teams and develop commercial strategies. \* Advanced proficiency in management and analytical tools (CRM, Excel, Power BI, etc.).
