Job Summary: BOCASIÓN is seeking a Cook to produce, prepare, and present the daily menu while maintaining quality and hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Committed to service, with dedication and passion for cooking. **BOCASIÓN**, a company dedicated to the food industry, is looking for top talent to join our team: **COOK** **Shift and Schedule:** * Afternoon Shift: Fixed schedule from Monday to Sunday, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM * Rotating Day Off **Salary:** * S/ 1,600 to S/ 2,000 (Salary based on experience) **Main Responsibilities:** * Responsible for daily menu production, preparation, and presentation. * Preparation and plating of dishes from the selected menu. * Submitting and managing weekly and monthly ingredient orders. * Maintaining quality, hygiene, and deep cleaning standards within the kitchen area. * Other related duties assigned by the branch manager. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a kitchen. * Technical studies in cooking or gastronomy (preferred). * Availability to work in the Constitutional Province of Callao. * Willingness to obtain a valid Sanitary Certificate. * Committed to service, with dedication and passion for cooking. * Immediate availability. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under the MYPE payroll system * 50% statutory benefits * Fixed working hours (no shift rotation) * 100% covered meals * Bi-weekly and timely payments Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600.00 – S/.1,900.00 per month Application Questions: * What is your salary expectation? * Please provide your current mobile phone number so we may contact you. * How many years of experience do you have as a cook?
